Pilates Core Strenghtening and flexibility classes

Pilates is a series of exercises designed to strengthen the deep abdominals and supportive muscles of the low back. Through strong breathing techniques and challenging mat exercises you can improve your posture, increase flexibility, build strength and muscle tone throughout the body.


Pilates tackles the postural problems that are so common in today’s society. It has seen an explosion of popularity in the last few years and is now commonly recommended by physiotherapists for those with back pain. It is also ideal for those wishing to get back to full strength after pregnancy. As a bonus Pilates teaches deep abdominal breathing which helps to relax and relieve tension leaving you feeling more positive and energized.

 

 

Pilates Classes

Both morning and evening Pilates classes are run regularly in the fantastic Le Cheile community centre in Donnycarney. We have a beginners class for those starting out and an intermediate class for those who have previous Pilates experience and wish to progress.

 

Unlike other Pilates courses you don’t have to sign up and pay for 8 weeks. Our classes are charged on a monthly basis with a special discounted rate for our regular clients. Why not combine Pilates and Bootcamp for the ultimate training combo.

Personal Training in Pilates

Pilates can also be taught on a more Personal basis. Pilates on a One to One or small group basis can be ideal for those looking to return to full strength after injury, pregnancy or simply for those looking for a more personal experience. Under the personal tuition of one of our highly qualified instructors you will learn and progress quicker while ensuring correct technique. Our Personal Training clients can have their workout tailored for them to ensure optimum results.
