Group Training

You can train with a friend or as part of a small group of 3 to 4 people. Plenty of people like to train in a small group where you can benefit from the support of others, gauge your progress against others and also have some fun in the group. With a trainer on hand to supervise you can be sure you are training correctly and your trainer will give you regular feedback and advice. Training with friends also reduces the cost for you.

 

 

You have two options for group training;

 

1. If you have a group of friends who want to train together with you we can cater to your schedule. Contact us personally to discuss the cost.

 

2. For those who want to start on their own but would like to train with others we have our group-training schedule set up to suit you. Depending on your experience we usually require you to train with us on a one to one basis for a month to get you up to speed and then you can join one of our many group-training classes. We currently have nine hours a week where you can just turn up and train in a group of no more then four people along with an instructor. You simply book and pay how many sessions you want for the month and then turn up to the gym when your schedule suits. It’s a fun and affordable way to see results in the gym and make new friends in the process.

Personal Training

Train with us regularly so you are ensured you see the results you want. In the privacy of our personal training studio you will be under the guidance of a personal trainer at all times. Your education will continue throughout the hour as you learn to push yourself beyond what you taught you were capable of! Seeing your trainer regularly is the most certain way to keep progressing. Regular food diary reviews and body fat assessments will ensure you stay on the road to success. Regular trainers will receive FREE Bootcamp or Pilates classes for themselves or their partner.

 

 

 

Satellite Program

For those who are already training in a gym but want to see better results we can advise you nutritionally and give you a monthly program that you can use in your own gym. FREE regular follow up assessments with us will ensure you are getting the most from your program and seeing the results you want.
